These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organized by MILITARY MEDICINE CONCEPTS POLICY AND TRAINING (MMCPT), hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer." By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• All ticket purchases are processed securely through STRIPE or other designated payment providers.

• Prices are listed in LEI and Euro and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as specified at checkout.

• Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and event details.

  
  

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the participant: Tickets are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the event description.

Cancellations by the Organizer:

• If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified via email.

• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

• In case of rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a refund within 30 days.

4. Event Participation and Conduct

• Participants must comply with all event rules, including age restrictions, health and safety guidelines, and venue policies.

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior, without issuing a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• The Organizer is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages incurred during the event.

• If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) prevent the event from taking place, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund participants.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• The Organizer collects and processes personal data (name, email, payment details) only for event management and communication purposes.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for payment processing and ticket issuance.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
